How can I Track my Order?

As a customer you will be able to track the status of your order (except COD orders).

Please find out the order tracking ID in "my account > order history > details > Tracking ID" and then check the following websites to trace and track your order.

 


What is the Payment Term?

Customers can choose to settle by credit card (including VISA, MASTER via Paypal)

 

Payment on account of Paypal :

Paypal offers a payment channel for transferring money on email basis. Anyone with a Paypal account is able to transfer money via email by credit card or directly from bank account. Using Paypal for your online settlement, customers must have your Paypal account in advance. Please visit Paypal official website for details. *Products and deliveries are charged at Singapore Dollar.



What are the Shipping Fees?

We recommend courier services for shipping of the products you ordered. Your rights regarding the delivery of the products shall be governed by the terms and conditions of such a forwarder, which will be available for perusal upon request. By choosing the forwarder we recommend, you agree that we will appoint such a forwarder to handle all the aspects of the delivery on your behalf. You agree that we shall not be liable for any act or failure to act on the part of such a forwarder. We disclaim any liability whatsoever and you assume all risks and liabilities associated with use of such a forwarder.


However, you are free to choose other shipping services or use whichever forwarder for the delivery. In case you wish to use a forwarder which is different from our own suggestion, please contact our Customer Service Representative by phone at 6273 3600 during office hours or by e-mail: eshop@modernbeautysalon.com.


Shipping fee at S$5 upon any purchase below S$200. 

Free basic shipping will be provided for all order sizes of S$200.00 or above. Delivery will be made within 3-5 working days.

Please note: We only provide delivery service within mainland Singapore.



What is the Delivery Time required?

The forwarder that we recommended strives to provide quick and efficient delivery service to customers but delivery time may vary because of country of delivery, shipping method selected, customs issues, logistic arrangements, weather and seasonal holiday (i.e. Christmas, Chinese New Year, Easter). The forwarder that we recommended has no control over and will not be responsible for any delay. For more details, please kindly visit "Customs & Tax" and "Shipping & Delivery".

If payment of an order received by us can be verified before 4 pm on a business day, the shipment will be made by the forwarder within the next two business days for Standard Shipping. Please note that ModernƐshop business hours are from Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm (Singapore Time (Greenwich Mean Time + 8 hours), excluding public holidays).



First-time Purchase" reminder:

Order processing time may be slightly longer due to the payment verification process with the bank for security control and fraud protection reason. To review your order status, please simply login to "my account".



Shipping notification

We will send a Shipping Notification email to you after we have dispatched your order. The email contains the details of your shipment. If you want the tracking number, please click "my account > order history > details > Tracking ID".

If you do not receive the dispatch notification email, your email service provider or email software may have blocked our emails.

 


What should I do if I want to return or change ordered products?

ModernƐshop provides customers with "7-day stocks guaranteed warranty" (from the date of receipt), customer can contact us within 7 days after receiving the product if he/she found problems about the products and needed to be returned or changed.

Customer need to apply return or change of products through email within 7 days from the date of receipt.

All customers including local or overseas customers need to pay all relevant delivery costs if the products are needed to be returned or changed.

Gifts or premiums needed to be returned together with products when returned or changed.

On-sale products, redemption products and gifts or premiums cannot be changed or returned.

"7-day stock guaranteed warranty" is only applicable for internet purchase. Any purchases from MODERN BEAUTY SALON are not accepted to be returned or changed.

All purchases from ModernƐshop cannot be returned or changed at MODERN BEAUTY SALON.

If customers do not apply for changes or returns of products within 7 days (from the date of receipt), it means the transaction deal is closed, ModernƐshop will not have any legal responsibilities and will not arrange any stock changes or returns of products afterwards.

If customers received wrong products or quantity different from ordered, he/she can notify us through email within 7 days (from the date of receipt), our customer service representative will audit your order details. If proven to be our mistakes, we will arrange to change products ordered without any charges, any additional delivery charges or costs will be paid by us.

We will not accept change or return of any products which have been used or the packing of which has been damaged.

ModernƐshop particularly serves customers who are experienced and familiar with our products. We assume customers know about the scents of fragrances or colors of cosmetics purchased. The photos on web are for reference only, the standard size and color of products should follow products sold in MODERN BEAUTY SALON.

ModernƐshop reserves all rights of final conclusions for any disputes or disagreements.



Will "Cash On Delivery" be accepted on ModernƐshop?

All payment methods need customers to pay first before delivery, no "Cash On Delivery" is allowed.



Non-returnable items

  • Our apology, but we DO NOT ACCEPT returns of certain products, including:
  • Any product that has been opened or used (e.g. Plastic wraps or box being taken out).
  • Any product that is not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts.
  • Any discount, clearance or sales product which has already stated non-returnable by ModernƐshop.
  • Any free gift product and samples.
  • Any product that is purchased at MODERN BEAUTY SALON.
  • ModernƐshop holds absolute discretion in case of dispute.


Return procedures

You can pack and send your return to us in just a few simple steps:

Click Contact us and select "Online order > Return & Exchange" from the enquiry type.

Provide us with your Order Number. Indicate returned products and the reason for your return in the input box area.

Pack the returned products along with our acknowledgement email securely in a box that we can expedite your request.

All return shipping fee must be prepaid. We cannot accept COD returns.

 

Refund policy

Please note that before providing a refund for any returned product we will first verify its condition. All non-returnable items will neither receive refund nor return to you.

We regret that we do not refund original shipping and handling fees with the return. We can only refund the total value of products. And if your order was placed with a promotion code or free gift, you must return them together in order to have the refund. Otherwise, original price of the product will be deducted from the refund.

Refund will be issued to the same account holder and in the same form of payment originally used for purchase.

Undeliverable orders

Occasionally, orders are returned to us as incorrect address, a PO Box, failed delivery attempts, refuse to pay tax/ refuse to provide ID copy/ unable to make import declarations or parcel refused by recipient.

When the delivery agent returns an undeliverable package to us, we issue a refund by deducting the original shipping fee, handling fee and re-stocking fee (equivalent to S$25 or 15% of the value of the product, whichever is the larger).

We can re-ship orders that are returned to us as undeliverable or unclaimed. However, customers will be charged S$40* for resend shipping fee per parcel.

* Re-shipping fee is based on the original shipping method used for your purchase.

 


May I cancel the order?

Order cannot be canceled once the payment has been settled successfully.
